This module enables you to manage your stock using Goods Receipts, Stock Depreciations and Stock Taking records. Use reports to see detailed information on stock levels and the history of all transactions. By adding the Sales Order InApp, you are able to create deliveries with one click, eliminating the need of double entries.
Users
Adds additional full users to your system. If you want to restrict the access of users, you can subscribe to the Access Group functionality.

Multi Currency
The Multi-currency InApp allows customers and suppliers to be linked to different currencies. You will be able to issue invoices and to receive supplier invoices in those currencies. Reports such as the Sales Ledger can then operate in your home currency as well as in any foreign currency.
Quotations
This module enables you to create and send Quotations to your customers and manage your pipeline. The Quotation can automatically be turned into an Invoice or Sales Order, provided this InApp has been activated. Use the reports to monitor your pipeline and your sales staffs success rate.
Price Lists
The Price List InApp enables you to link different price lists to customers. Once a price list has been linked to a customer, the system will automatically use those prices when creating Quotations, Invoices and others for that customer.
Sales Ledger
Multi Locations
The Multi-location InApp allows you to keep stock in many locations (e.g. warehouses, stores or sections of the warehouse). Various reports such as the Stock List can be filtered by location. Note: This InApp requires the Stock Module
Number Series
The Number Series InApp enables you to use different number series' for each type of record such as Invoices and Receipts and also, to have a unique series for each financial year.
Purchase Ledger
Purchase Orders
This module enables you to create and send Purchase Orders. Reports will help you plan and place orders, based on your current stock levels and sales orders.
Forms
This function enables you to make changes to the designs of your Standard Documents such as Quotations, Order Confirmations and Invoices.
Item Groups
The Item Group InApp allows you to assign a number of Stock Items to an Item Group, and then to produce reports by item group. For example, you may have 20 types of guitars in stock, all of which could be assigned to an Item Group called “Guitars”. If the Nominal Ledger In-App is activated, you will also be able to assign Sales and Cost accounts per Item Group.
Sales Orders
This module enables you to create order confirmations and keep track of upcoming deliveries to your customers. Reports show you what needs to be delivered and ordered and at what time.

Additional User
Additional User
