HansaWorld is a modern software development company and we are constantly working on improvement of our products and services, that is one of the reasons why we collect information about our customers and use of our products and services in order to ensure constant improvement and development of what we can offer You. We are committed to protecting the privacy of users of our services and products.

What sort of information we collect?

There are two types of information we collect one is optional for user to provide and another is collected automatically.

When you request additional information from us or download and start using our Software we may ask you to provide basic contact information.

If our Software you are using is distributed for a fee we will ask you to provide billing information.


Optional

Once starting to use the software every user is requested to enter company information, that the application will be used for and that will be stored in our databases. This information includes company name and contact details such as address, phone, e-mail, contact person, company number. You are not obliged to provide such information, however if the information is not provided the Software might not work properly.

Automatic

Our application collects information on the regularity of logins into the system via interaction with our presence server. This information is needed to understand and keep track of the volume of the use of our Software.

Credit Card details

The application does not collect any of the credit card details. Partial credit card information is collected by our Cloud Services and used for for the rental of additional modules. For recurring billing purposes credit card information is stored by the credit card payment services provider.


How do we use the information collected?

We use the information collected to provide you with the services and products you request.

We may use the information collected to provide you with additional information about our services, products, partners, promotions, and events.

We may use the information collected to analyze, develop and improve our products and services.


Your information is private.

Under no circumstance we will sell, transfer or disseminate any personal information entered by the user of our application to third parties. Information may only be shared with the daughter companies within the HansaWorld group.

You can use our services without providing us with personal information or providing us with partial information.


Integrity and Retention of the Information

We make it possible for you to keep your personal information accurate, complete and up to date. We will retain your personal information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Statement unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

Access to the Information
